Why is shipping not included in my total?
Our shopping cart does not have a shipping calculator. You will receive a separate invoice for basic surface shipping. If you’re looking for a faster shipping method please contact Kara at kara@queenbeeluxuries.com for a price quote and time span based on destination.

Are plus sizes or custom designs available in the retro lingerie?
Yes and Yes! Please email for further details about your custom lingerie ideas. Additional charges may apply.

What is your shipping policy?
Door to door with surface shipping within North America is a maximum 15 business days. For overseas shipping please contact us for rates and shipping time spans. This does not include holidays ( both U.S and Canadian) , heavy postal traffic due to holiday season and weekends hence BUSINESS DAYS. If you need your package faster drop us a line for the rates on faster shipping methods. If we are out of stock on a product we will contact you in regards to substitution, backorder or a refund. All of our packages are shipped with delivery confirmation, if your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged please contact us to resolve the issue.
